The project is a private residential building by the beach with ample space for outdoor activities. The building has 4 bedroom ensuite as the main unit and 2 bedroom guesthouse. The building was designed to have open spaces with adequate natural lighting and ventilation. Also, the design ensured that all the bedrooms in the main unit had a view of the beach.
